OH MY GOD!
I’ve been trying to separate the pros and cons of artificial, fresh and dried flowers for bouquets (haven’t even looked at centre pieces and button hole thingys yet) and from what I can gather, it’s all down to personal preference.
Do you want keepsakes or something just for the day? Do you want to be hit by the aroma of fresh flowers or does Frazzled Mother have hay fever?
One constant seems to be the price, which almost doubles as soon as you click “wedding”!
I don’t want to spend hundred of £££s on flowers!
The only way I can see me getting what I want at a reasonable price is to do it myself, but I can’t say I’ve ever tried my hand at arranging flowers… I might be shockingly bad at it!
Would it be totally insane to take a course to see if I have any talent? Or do I just bite the bullet and add £500+ to my wedding budget just because that’s what’s expected?!
